At LBD, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
